Description:

The adult grief support monthly drop-in is open to anyone who has lost a loved one, even if the loss occurred outside of Hospice House. The group is a safe space in which you can share your journey and receive support from others. It is about listening and being heard, rather than fixing. Groups are facilitated by COHA volunteers.

There is no cost to participate, and no need to pre-register; the only requirement is to protect the confidentiality of the group outside of meetings.
